The institution of Mutawifs for Pilgrims of Non-Arab African Countries was officially established in the year 1404 AH as an entity limited to a specific closed group of shareholders, specializing in providing Hajj services exclusively for pilgrims coming from non-Arab African countries. This was in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the wise leadership's directives, may God preserve them, which launched the program for serving the guests of the Most Merciful aiming to welcome 30,000,000 pilgrims and Umrah performers by the year 2030. Through the institutional transformation program, the institution was converted into a closed joint-stock company comprising 1,185 shareholders, becoming the Company of Mutawifs for Pilgrims of Non-Arab African Countries. From it, the Enrichment of Goodness company emerged, which today stands as one of the largest Tawafa companies offering Hajj services, serving an average of 200,000 pilgrims from 48 non-Arab African countries.
